This refers to the manner and scope in which we will process your personal data and rights you are entitled to in this context.

In case we come to you with an invitation, we process the following categories of your data: name, surname, e-mail address, phone number, URL of your profile on a publicly available source, where you gave your contact details. If we receive your CV or you complete your form, we will process the data included in your application/form: name, surname, date of birth, place of birth, citizenship, contact data provided by you, such as correspondence address, e-mail address, phone number, image, and in case it is necessary for performance of work of a specific kind or on a specific position — education (type, name of the school you graduated from, education period, field of study), and employment history (name of the workplace, employment period, position), skills, knowledge of English language.

ADO is entitled to process your data:
- when we process your personal data when it’s necessary in order to take steps at your request prior to entering a contract (article 6(1)(b) of GDPR), e.g. for the purpose of negotiating conditions of cooperation;
- based on your consent to their processing (article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR);
- for the purpose and in scope necessary to pursue our legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f of GDPR), i.e. to to obtain candidates - searching for candidates in publicly accessible sources in order to initiate contact and invite to recruiting process, to deal with complaints, requests and claims filed in context of ongoing recruiting process;
- to fulfill the obligations resulting from the provisions of law (Article 6 (1) (c) of GDPR)
- to pursue claims and defend against any claims under the agreement (Article 6 (1) (b) of GDPR)
4. Providing personal data is necessary to participate in TKoU recruitment and negotiate the terms of cooperation or employment, as well as to conclude a contract.
5. ADO may share your personal data with following cooperating partners: accounting, law and IT companies entrusted to process personal data on behalf of ADO, as well as authorized contractors or employees (e.g. the leader of the department to which you are recruited).
6. Personal data may also be stored in cloud computing. ADO uses Jira, Discord and Google Workspace applications - a cloud computing suite that increases productivity and group work software offered by Google. For this reason, the employee's data may be transferred outside Europe, among others: to the United States by saving them in a database located on a server located in the United States. We ensure an adequate level of protection for your data and rely on legally recognized bases for data sharing, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. You have the right to obtain a copy of your personal data transferred to a third country. 7. Your personal data will be processed as long as needed for the recruiting process, i.e. until the recruiting process ends, and after that for the duration and to the extent required by provisions of law or for ADO's legitimate interest in defending against potential claims related to the recruiting process. In case you gave us your consent to process your personal data, in particular for the purpose of future recruiting processes or for processing data which go beyond the scope of data required to be provided by the provisions of law, your personal data will be processed until you withdraw your consent.
8. Your personal data will not be used for automated decision making, including profiling.
9. To the extent provided for by the law, you may request ADO to exercise the following rights you have: the right to access, rectify and erase your data, limit its processing, transfer it, a right not to be a subject to automated decision- making, including profiling, and to object to the processing of your personal data. You can lodge a complaint regarding processing of your personal data by ADO to your local data protection authority or to the President of the Polish Office of Data Protection - Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych in Poland. To the extent you gave us your consent to process your personal data, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on the consent before its withdrawal.
